Due to extreme allergies in our family we ask if you live in a smoking environment

please do not use our library.  Thank you

To get updates on new materials to library and site.  This assures us that any policy changes will be made clear to all borrowers.

 

ALL RESOURCES WILL BE SENT OUT THE FIRST WEEK OF EACH MONTH

All requests must be received by the 25th of each month, prior to sending.  All requests after that date will go out the following month.

ALL RESOURCES SHOULD BE RETURNED BY THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH BORROWED

EXAMPLE:  If an item is received in the month of April, it should be returned by the end of April.

If you need more time, please drop us an e-mail.

 

ONE ITEM/FAMILY UNTIL WE DEVELOP A RELATIONSHIP

Once we know you will return items and return them in a timely manner we’ll be happy to send more than one item.

DO NOT SEND MORE THAN ONE REQUEST FORM

If we receive more than one form only the first form will be filled.  If you want a request cancelled just drop us a note. 

 

DO NOT WRITE IN ANY OF THE RESOURCES

  

WE DO NOT SEND OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S.

WE DO NOT ‘HOLD’ ITEMS 

 

RETURN AS MEDIA RATE

 Do not mail as Bound Printed Matter – mail as Media Rate.  Bound Printed Matter, although less expensive, will not be returned to sender if addressed incorrectly.

 

DO NOT SUBMIT ANOTHER REQUEST UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED THE BORROWED RESOURCES

We will make every effort to inform you the day your items arrive.

 

INSURED MEDIA RATE

If returned resources are lost in the mail, we will ask all future resources to be returned INSURED MEDIA RATE.  This will increase the cost of returning $1.30, of which we will gladly cover if this proves a financial difficulty for any family.  We have had a number of items lost from the same families, which leads us to have concern about the Postal Services in these families’ particular areas.

 

A PERSONAL NOTE

 

We do not expect payment for items lost in the mail, house-fires, floods and such; these situations are not in your control.  We also do not expect payment for rips, tears, spilled milk, scribbles or the like.  We do not expect payment for items lost through neglect.  If you are financially able to replace the lost items, we sincerely appreciate the replacements!

 

Mostly we request and appreciate your honesty.  If you are unable to find an item to return, please let us know.  If you are unable to cover a lost item please do not feel driven to do so, but please return items that you do have.

 

Whatever the circumstances, we would like you to feel encouraged and welcomed to continue in your use of this library.
